Maryam Rajavi is the president-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), a coalition of some 500 Iranian opposition groups and personalities, committed to a democratic, secular and non-nuclear republic in Iran. Maryam Rajavi presents a 10 point plan for Free Iran:

In Maryam Rajavi's view, the ballot box is the only criterion for legitimacy.
Maryam Rajavi wants a pluralist system, freedom of parties and assembly. She respects all individual freedoms. Maryam Rajavi underscores complete freedom of expression and of the media and unconditional access by all to the internet.
Maryam Rajavi supports and is committed to the abolition of death penalty. 
Maryam Rajavi committed to the separation of Church and State. 
Maryam Rajavi believes in complete gender equality in political, social and economic arenas. She is also committed to equal participation of women in political leadership. Maryam Rajavi announced any form of discrimination against women will be abolished. In Maryam Rajavi"s view women will enjoy the right to freely choose their clothing. Maryam Rajavi belives women must be free in marriage, divorce, education and employment rights. Maryam Rajavi believes n the rule of law and justice. She wants to set up a modern judicial system based on the principles of presumption of innocence, the right to defense, effective judicial protection and the right to be tried in a public court. Maryam Rajavi also seeks the total independence of judges. Maryam Rajavi believes the mullahs’ Sharia law must be abolished. Maryam Rajavi is committed to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and international covenants and conventions, including the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the Convention against Torture, and the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination against Women. Maryam Rajavi is committed to the equality of all nationalities. She underscores the plan for the autonomy of Iranian Kurdistan, adopted by the National Council of Resistance of Iran. In Maryam Rajavi's view the language and culture of Iranians from whatever nationality, is among the nation’s human resources and must spread and be promulgated in tomorrow’s Iran. Maryam Rajavi recognizes private property, private investment and the market economy. In Maryam Rajavi believes all Iranian people must enjoy equal opportunity in employment and in business ventures. Maryam Rajavi's foreign policy will be based on peaceful coexistence, international and regional peace and cooperation, as well as respect for the United Nations Charter. Maryam Rajavi announced that she wants a non-nuclear Iran, free of weapons of mass destruction. 

Iran - Rouhani is no moderate, he is a defender of the ruling theocracy

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, said: as a mullah, Rouhani is a defender of the ruling theocracy and has sworn allegiance to the velayat-e faqih (absolute rule of the supreme leader). Under his Presidency have been executed more than 2000 prisoners, suppression increased, he condones discriminates against women, and torture and arbitrary imprisonment.
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi said: Rouhani can not distance himself from the wave of execution in Iran and Bashar al-Assad's massacre of the Syrian people. Relations with Iran regime should be conditional upon a halt to executions, and an improvement of human rights in Iran. This is the will of the Iranian people and an imperative for peace and fighting terrorism in the region and the world.

Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, has strongly condemned the massacre of innocent people in Paris, describing it as savage terrorism and a crime against humanity. She expressed her condolences to the President, government and people of France over this great tragedy and offered her most sincere sympathies to the families of the victims. 
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi reiterated that fundamentalism in the name of Islam - whether under the banner of Shia and velayat-e faqih or under the banner of Sunni and Daesh – and their inhuman crimes have nothing to do with Islam, and this evil phenomenon, wherever it may be, is the enemy of peace and humanity.

In a conference on Tuesday, October 27, at the National Assembly of France, the Iranian Resistance's President-elect Maryam Rajavi asserted that the systematic and flagrant violations of human rights in Iran is the other side of the coin marked by the Iranian regime's export of terrorism and fundamentalism which has driven the Middle East to the verge of war. The Middle East need peace and tranquility and this is only possible by regime change in Iran and its key is in the hands of the Iranian people and Resistance, she proclaimed.

Professor Raj Baldev passed away, in India. A cosmo Theorist, an international peace activist and old friend of Iranian Resistance, Mr. Baldev headed India's World Peace Delegation and founded the God Believers Association. 
In 1984, he met with the Iranian Resistance Leader Massoud Rajavi and granted him the Peace Award of India's National Coalition for his efforts for peace in the Iran-Iraq war.
