On June 13,
Iranians supporting the main opposition, the National Council of
Resistance of Iran (NCRI), held a major convention in Paris to support
democratic change in their homeland. The
massive rally drew as many as 100,000 Iranian exiles and hundreds of
international political personalities, including dozens of distinguished
former US officials from both sides of the aisle.
